of sorts in my work that I do, the

first one is a, was around shame.

And this one is like, It's a.

It's an extension of that shame

that I discovered way back in:

about my male clients.

in particular to males.

And it hit me.

Mary Magdalen and was called a prostitute.

Because she was such a vine healer.

And Jesus had to remove

like seven demons from her.

Because we need that earthly man.

ascend the way we ascend.

heal the way we heal.

was thinking about this.

much faster than women.

tapping into their sole source.

I am tapping into their higher self.

the shames and shadows.

So I'm working in tandem with the

light and the dark at the same time.

And I was like, why do my

men heal so much faster?

They buy faster.

They know what they want faster.

They they're just faster, but why.

Because women's job, our role.

died, that was, afraid to feel.

really feel the anger that I was feeling.

That I would stay stuck there.

And that's such a big misconception.

And we carry it like a cross.

and feminine within us, everybody.

But when we don't release, we hold

that resent, we hold that anger, we

hold that inner rage inside of us.

And we just go on and on and

on, trying to live our life.

We're being held back by these feelings

that are stuck and trapped inside of us.

But as Lightworkers, as Energyworkers,

we are here to release those feelings,

emotions, and stagnation and stuckness

inside of the bodies of others.

Well, that's my job.

Your job could be as little as allowing

yourself to have your own experience in

releasing the emotions, releasing the

trapped energy that's inside of your body.

Now the work that I do teaches you how

to do that, and actually I'm having an

I don't even remember what it was called.

I'm so disconnected from

beer in my life currently.

called, but it's Anheuser Busch.

Anyway, I'm sitting in his car and

I have to give the car back cause it

was a company car and I'm so angry.

I'm so angry at the injustice

and it is injustice that women

hold as this like sacred hostage

to justify their victimization.

But I remember sitting in the car.

I've ever allowed myself to fully

on the other side of the release.

the signs were crazy strong.

to logic their way through it.

They try to create a scientific

method for a spiritual awakening.

However, there is beautiful

strategy in all of it.

the other side of the fence, on the

other side of this triangle is the men.

who have been taught and conditioned

literally not to feel grief, not

to be sad, not to cry, suck it up.

And this right now is killing our

men, literally killing our men.

They are killing themselves.

Because they don't understand

how to move through the grief.

And just like us, all it has

to be, all that has to be done

move so fast, all they have to

thing about my late husband as well.

Because he knew how to grieve.

He was able to feel the

spectrum of his emotions.

He was able to have all of these

expansive experiences where he had

nothing to hide because when we don't

allow ourselves to feel the full

spectrum of our emotions, we hide, we

keep secrets, we put on masks, we cover

ourselves, we hide, we, we dim our light.

All because we didn't allow ourselves

to feel, and sometimes it's because

we don't know how to freaking feel.

I haven't always been, in my feminine,

I haven't always been a feeler.

And when I say a feeler, I

felt all kinds of shit, okay?

But, I didn't know how to move the energy.

I remember there's two things I think

I've said in the earlier podcast, but

I'll repeat just, just for a second.

So I was a pioneer of

emotional intelligence.

I was teaching children emotional

intelligence back in the mid nineties

when it first became a thing.

And yet, I would go home to my family

and lose my ever loving shit because

I didn't know how to move my energy.

I didn't know how to move from being in

the masculine, teaching all day, to coming

home, which, which should technically be

more of a feminine thing, but it's not.

It's a masculine thing.

And then I would come home and not

be able to shift into my feminine.

And shift all those emotions.

And it wasn't until after he died that

I was fully, deeply able to do that.

But it wasn't something

that I learned in a book.

It was because I had to

experience freaking death.

Now, you don't have to experience death

in the sense of what I experienced.

But there's a part of you

that does need to die.

That part of you that was a little

child before you were 7 years old.

Who hired this team to protect you that

you've been hiding behind since then and

not allowing yourself to experience love.

And I'm not talking

about surface level love.

Like everybody can feel surface

level love, but if you get married

for love, you already failed.

because love should already be here.

You're not looking for love.

your energy and work with your emotions

depth and capacity to love deeply another

person because you're still hiding.

your closet that need to be exposed in

order for you to expand into the kind

of love that you actually came here for.

And so when they don't understand how

to fully grieve, how to feel those

deep, deep, deep emotions and sadness.

And the pain, they

turn to numbing so easily.

And please know that when I say men

and women, I want you to think of it in

terms of not so much compartmentalizing

men and women, but really thinking of

it in terms of masculine and feminine.

Because we all, every human has this

masculine and feminine inside of us.

And when you are over masculine, okay,

You're gonna be operating more like a man.

So if you relate to the grief side,

where you're not able to feel the

sadness and you just feel like an

angry freaking bitch all the time,

It's because you're in your masculine,

but it's a wounded masculine, you see.

It's not a healthy masculine,

because if you really understood

energetics, and if you really

understood emotions, if you really

were able to feel the full spectrum,

you wouldn't have

anything to hide.

And if there's nothing to

hide, there is no shame.

There are certain things in my

experience, like in a current experience

that I would be experiencing that

is not ready to be shared because

I haven't gained the full wisdom.

There is nothing that I hide,

nothing that I hide behind.

And in fact, challenge me, call me out.

I want truth.

Truth is love and love is God.

the shame inside of me.

Then I am absent of God.

I am a woman of my word.

I came into this lifetime showing

up for a particular assignment.

I have vows, a covenant.

the shame, slay the shame.

Because when we expose the shame, when

we slay the shame, there is nothing in

But when you overstay your welcome

in unprocessed, processed anger too

you're going against the natural order.

Of your energy because life is

And if you still harbor anger and on

the other side, grief, overstaying

your welcome and grief too long,

numbing yourself out so much.

You're in a depressed state.

Anger is usually the anxiety side.

This is an absence of God.

This is an absence of love.

Now, are there things that are

true that cause you to feel angry

or cause you to be in grief?

But the only cause is you,

your ability or inability to move

your energy, to move your emotions, to

recognize what it is that you're feeling

and allow yourself to feel it and move.

going on out there that says you

We were given feelings by God to feel

the depth of those feelings for a reason.

We are humans for a reason.

When you try to block your emotional

experience, you become a freaking robot.
